Hi!
I'm Liz – a Registered Massage Therapist based in the heart of Downtown Toronto, serving the Garden District and Cabbagetown neighbourhoods.
When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me enjoying the beauty of Allan Gardens Conservatory, admiring the historic charm of Cabbagetown, or catching up with friends at one of my favourite local coffee shops.
I’m a naturally optimistic, “glass-half-full” kind of person who believes in living life with joy and meaningful connections. That positive energy carries into my massage practice, where helping people feel their best is truly my passion.
Whether you’re managing chronic pain, recovering from an injury, dealing with everyday tension, or simply in need of deep relaxation, I’m here to support you with skilled, compassionate care tailored to your needs.
I take my work seriously and continuously deepen my expertise. I’m currently co-creating the Online Shiatsu Institute (launching in early 2026) with my colleague Laurie Ward. We’re excited to share our combined knowledge and experience with massage therapists and health professionals in Toronto and worldwide — bringing practical, powerful shiatsu techniques to life in an accessible and inspiring way.
Ready to feel better in your body? I’d love to work with you.
Liz Neyedly RMT
